Highlights: Committed to equity and inclusion

The diversity of our team

To fundamentally transform fashion into a force for good, the industry must centre gender justice not only as a way to safeguard and prevent harm, but also to support a workplace culture that embraces our differences and is truly inclusive.

Since we published our commitment to Equity and Inclusion in 2018, C&A Foundation developed a holistic approach to gender, equity and inclusion which was applied to our grantmaking and to our own operations. This work led to our ambitious Gender, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan, and in 2019, the Gender Justice Learning Partnership. Through the partnership, C&A Foundation teams around the world received expert training and took field visits with partners to expand our collective ability to apply a gender and social inclusion lens to all our activities.
