The diversity of our team
After an external push to increase diversity and social inclusion through partners and beneficiaries, in 2018 we published our commitment to Equity and Inclusion and actively took steps to become more inclusive and diverse ourselves.
For the first time, we are reporting information on the diversity of our own team. This first baseline will help us measure the progress that we are making toward our commitments.
